Not to speak ill of the now redundant Wolverine Studios, but they are not a user friendly organization. The Puresim community has always been a collegial group of players and Wolverine is not the warmest or most responsive software publisher on the block. Getting to them to respond to a problem was virtually impossible. Getting them to respond in a thoughtful manner was impossible.
I feel good about puresim again. Thanks for making the effort.

Hey jonnier ... GOOD to see you, mate ...
Did you ever get your PS5/6 to work again ... if not, I'm sure you're trying out the PureSim Baseball, now ...
I'm sorry you had some problems with Wolverines ... I hadn't experienced anything negative, in fact, Wolverines has been Grand to me ... but it was high time for us, PureSimmers, to have our own place ... we're here to help, while Shaun has been extremely busy these days ... again, glad you're "home" ...

Same here. No problem with Gary and Wolverine. No problem also with Shaun. In fact, love the games created by both guys...

Good to hear from all of you again,
Jabez, I never did get the problem rectified by Wolverine although I purchased both PS5 and 6. I re-downloaded the 6 build and it now works fine.
BTW, has Shaun indicated when he might update PS6 for use with the 2011 an 2012 season? No hurry, just wanted to know.

Actually, I'm not sure what's in the agenda for PureSim ... as far as I understand from Shaun, tightening up everything and then some ... we all just hang in there and enjoy our home ...

Look, I hold no grievances against either Wolverine or Matrix for their handling of Pure Sim, so let's not denigrate them. I've had good relations with both companies. As far as Matrix is concerned, most of you know that I worked for them as an unpaid volunteer for a few years, and it was a good experience. As regards Wolverine, Gary helped me out a few times when I had PC problems, and I hold nothing but the highest praise for them.

Ditto. My relations with Wolverine were brief, but they seemed alright. Gary could have taken down the baseball forum boards the second relations with Shaun broke down if he chose, he could have easily stopped Shaun from telling us where he'd gone. As far as I'm concerned, Gary seems an honorable sort and I'm inclined to do business with him again.

Gary has been more than honorable and a gracious host ... I have never had any qualm with him, as both, a developer of his Games and his site ... fortunately, I have not walk in jonnier's shoes ... for, I too, had experienced a similar bad taste from another Baseball Game/Forum ... for I was not happy with his latest Game, as well as, the lack of responses to me and to others during that time ... but enough said, we both moved on ... and Thats Baseball ...

I have nothing against Gorski or Wolverine Studios. Having said that I never got the same warm feelings I have for Puresim and Shaun on their site. Shaun should let make sure and let us know if there is anything we can do to help out. I have tried many baseball sims but Puresim is the one I have kept.
