PureSim Baseball is a fantastic game, but I'm kind of disappointed with it's evaluation on pitchers.
Since pitchers' salaries are so low, I have to adjust salaries of them every season.
Any ideas to solve this? (ex. Patches, etc.)

I am playing in v6.11 in the sandbox mode using real players (plus me and my "grandson"). I chose not to use the $$$ values that the game would tack to each player. I am setting up 13 associations/30 teams each using the GM setting "None" so that no trades happen and all players are in the majors thus no need for $$$ values. Each of my associations has 30 state teams divided up into 6 regional divisions. The teams are the same in each association, I am keeping an Excel sheet that tracks wins in each association for each state team. The state (organization) that has the total most wins for all 13 associations at the end of the season, will be considered the winner. I am not playing either the all star game or the world series in any of the associations. If I have multiple seasons of a player in the associations, i.e. Babe Ruth/13 years, he will be placed on different state teams in each association. Since I am just in June in my 1st association, I have just barely started; but it will be a lot of fun as I go along. I have decided that each 1/2 month I will look at lineups for all the teams that have a loosing record at that time; at the end of each of the 5 months and half way through September, I will look at the teams with winning records also and adjust their lineups. I am letting the game play all the games except for those where there is a 11+ game difference total between wins and loses for the 2 teams scheduled to play. I then take over management for the poorer record team in that game. Since I have redone my schedule so that all 30 teams play each other, this gives me a very interesting time managing the poorer teams and trying to get them to pick up some wins.
