i have noticed i play the same schedule every year and wanted to mix that up and also, i notice many of the teams in my league sit on million and millions of dollars and never improve, any ideas how to fix this?

Well, for one thing I have always done, is by going to each team (in the Team Management mode) and look for the "Edit Region/Finances" ... and select "Market Size" and implement any number you want ... and you will see the reducement of the Team Finances ... I have always selected 57, but to each his/her own ... hope this help ...
